Find and set all your preference in your Profile & Settings. From here, you can manage your profile, password, notifications, reminders, and setting your timezone.
Notifications & Reminders
Parents have the option whether to be notified for everything, or just posts that have been marked as an Alert. By selecting 'All New Posts', Parents will receive a notification for every post being sent through Springring. When that option is switched off, then by default, Parents will only receive notifications for posts marked as an Alert by School Admin and Teachers.
By enabling Email Notifications, Parents will receive an email notification for every post or chat message sent. Through enabling Event Reminder, Parents will receive a reminder on the day before an event at a specific time of your choice.
Setting Your Time Zone
Setting your Time Zone is important especially when receiving direct messages from teachers. You have the option for it to be set automatically (based on your computer's settings) or manually by choosing your own time zone.
