For a school, remaining in contact with Parents is important. Your School Contacts are the contacts that you want available for your users. Some suggestions for your School Contacts could be:
- School Principals
- School Receptionist
- Head of Departments
- Finance Department
- School Counsellor
- IT Department
These contacts can be used for academic support and a way for Parents to communicate with the school.
Your Steps to Adding School Contacts
- Find and click on School Contacts
- Click on
- Fill in the details of your contact, including the title and position
- When you're ready, click on to save your contact
Editing or Deleting an Existing School Contact
As a Leader you can edit an existing School Contact. To edit a contact, simply click on an existing School Contact and click on the information you would like to edit. When you are ready, click on to save your changes.
