Once you have imported all your users, you can find all the school's users in the Manage Users section. Making any changes to the users, adding or editing Parents, can be done here.
The contacts have already been separated to Staff, Teachers, and Students as per your Import. Switching between the tabs shows all the users that have been imported. To learn about different user roles and privileges take a look here. After reviewing all the contacts, you can choose to send them all an invitation to Springring by clicking
To view an Admin, Teacher, or Student profile, simply click on their name to bring up their information. You can edit their information, as well as the Groups and Boards they are assigned to from here. A Leader also has the option to re-send an invitation if one of the users hasn't accepted yet. This can be done by clicking button.
Adding Individual Users
As a Leader, you also have the ability to add individual users. This is helpful when you don't have a lot of users to import and a way to add single users throughout the school year.
- Go to Manage Users
- Click on and select the type of user you would like to add
- Enter the user's details and assign them to Groups and Boards
- When you're done, click on
The new Users will receive an email invitation from your school to join Springring.
Adding a Parent
To add a Parent, you would need to edit the Student's profile. Find the Student in the Students tab and click to open the profile.
The Parent's information will be displayed beside the Student's details. You can add or edit a current Parent's information from here. When you have filled all their details, click on to save. If the Parent is new to Springring, you can send an invitation by clicking the button.
