As an Admin, you can enable and disable certain Springring features for your Users within your School. These features include the Chat functionality for Teachers to communicate with Parents, as well as the Springring Student mobile app for your Students.
Note that enabling or disabling features have a school-wide effect, so make sure to inform your staff and other Users regarding any changes you make.
Your Steps to Enabling or Disabling a Feature
- Find and click on Account & Profile
- Click on the School Profile tab on the top left
- Look for School Settings
Under School Settings, you will find a list of features that you can enable or disable.
- A blue toggle indicates that the feature is currently enabled.
- A grey toggle indicates that the feature is currently disabled.
