When an Admin or a Teacher creates a new Class, they assign Contributors and Groups to each board. Contributors can either be Editors or Viewers, however, there is always an Owner of the Class board. The Groups assigned to each Class contains a specific set of users. To view all the users in each class, you can access the Class Registry. When opening the Class, three tabs divide the Posts, Students, and Teachers. When clicking on the tab:
A list of all the Students creates the Student Registry. To view more information click on the Student's name to bring up the Student's profile. You can easily switch back to the Post tabs to view all the posts created in the Class or click on the tab. This will bring up a list of all the Teachers associated with the Class:
The Teacher Registry shows all the Teachers and their roles in the Class. They are as follows:
- Owner: the Teacher that created the Class or the Teacher that the Admin has assigned as the owner of the Class
- Editor: the Contributor that was added by the Teacher that has the ability to Post on the Class
- Viewer: the Contributor that was added by the Teacher that can only view the Posts on the Class
These identify the roles of the Teachers and how they contribute to the Class. To add Contributors to the Class, click on Edit Class.
